Alliant Quality is currently seeking health care practitioners, medical practices, patients and families, community organizations, Million Hearts® thestakeholders, both state and national, to join efforts to improve and measure progress on the ABCS of cardiovascular health: 

Aspirin as appropriate

Blood pressure control

Cholesterol management

Smoking screening and cessation counseling

Heart attacks and strokes are the leading cause in death in our nation! It takes a village of communities to identify the barriers, share best practices, and make a nationwide impact.

ABFM Maintenance of Certification Part IV

The Cardiac Quality Improvement Initiative is an approved alternate activity for Maintenance of Certification Part IV—Performance in Practice that satisfies the requirement toward ABFM MC-FP requirements.

Physicians receive the following free assistance during this project:

  • Onsite QI coaching on satisfying Part IV MOC requirements
  • Access to patient and providers tools and resources
  • Learning and sharing of best practices on quality improvement processes
